It was supposed to be 30 seconds long and the subject was entirely free. I wanted to make something that had a particular atmosphere so I focused on that and not on writing a story.

Below you’ll find my little movie. It came out ok, even though it makes no sense. . . Silly thing is that the animation looks pretty bad to me now (2 months later). But then again, it was my first try. I guess I’ll just have to keep practising.

Somehow it shows up rather dark here in the browser, not sure why. It looked quite a bit lighter on my computer.

The emphasis was on the lighting. I immediately decided to make a library, loosely inspired by the Unseen Unisversity library of Terry Pratchetts Discworld.
